    Sugarloaf Lodge consists of two air-conditioned, wonderfully tasteful guest suites set in a contemporary building detached from the main house, built to the same stylish architectural design. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the fabulous expansive rural views  out to Omaha Beach.

    Breakfast (Continental breakfast included in room rate)


    We serve a Country Continental breakfast between 8:00 am and 9.30 am  in the main house's sunroom, either on the deck or inside depending on weather conditions. Cooked Breakfast is also available on request (additional cost). There's no better way to start your day than with locally sourced food. We will happily try to accommodate any special requests or dietary needs.

    • Fresh orange juice

    • Fresh seasonal fruits, picked from the Sugarloaf orchard or bought at the local farmers' market, with yoghurt and homemade muesli

    • Fresh bread with home made jams and orange marmalade

    • Fresh locally roasted coffee, pure Ceylon tea or herbal infusion

    • Warm buttery pastries

    B&B Nightly Rate

     

     

    • Summer Suite Tariff:  from $385 per double room (01 November 2018 to after Easter 2019)

    • Winter Suite Tariff:  from $295 per double room  (After Easter 2018 to 31 October 2018)

    • Tariff includes:  Pre-dinner 'welcome' wine and hors d'oeuvres,  Room Rate,  Tea and Coffee,  Continental Breakfast and GST (N.Z. Goods & Services Tax).

    • Payment facilities: Visa, MasterCard

    • Long-Stay Tariff: Special rates for longer stays (1 week or more) by negotiation

    • Arrival times: After 3:00 pm or by arrangement.

    • Check out: 11:00 am

    Cancellation Policy

     

    Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly.  Therefore in the event that part or all of a confirmed booking is cancelled we apply the following charges:  30 Days + prior to confirmed date - 25% of total charges.  30-14 Days prior to confirmed date - 50% of total charges. 14 days or less - 100% of total charges.  We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance which would protect against unexpected changes to your travel agenda.

    Please note as we are near booking capacity for Summer 18/19, the only reservations we can now accept are by phone.
